2. Brush the mold release agent on the surface of the mold

3. Preheat the molded raw materials
Since the molded raw materials are made in advance, it is necessary to apply an oven or infrared lamp to bake the raw materials before use.

4. Calculation of product pressure value

● Heating and curing
The curing of the molded raw material is promoted by heating, and the heating time and temperature are related to the type of raw material
If the heating time is too short, it may cause the product to cure incompletely; Heating time too long will cause the product to become brittle, affecting the work efficiency;
● Cooling out of the mold
After the raw materials that are fully cured after heating are cooled, the product in the mold can be removed;
● Processing
The molded products are polished, turned, drilled, polished and other processes according to the requirements.
