The workbench of the hydraulic press for pressing the quartz stone sink is generally about 1500×1200mm, and the stroke and opening height of the cylinder need to be designed according to the height of the mold. Generally, we recommend making it slightly larger, so that it is very convenient to put and take out materials. Because the material of the quartz stone sink is made of quartz sand, stone powder curing agent and other materials, the mold needs to be heated and fixed during the pressing process. All the entire pressing process takes a few minutes.
Quartz stone sink molding process:
In the production process of the quartz stone sink, firstly, the raw materials are configured before pressing the sink, and the mixed raw materials are put into the kneader for thorough mixing, and poured out after the kneading is completed. Then weigh the raw materials. Each model of product has a standard weight. Put the weighed materials into the mold evenly. After placing the raw materials, the BMC quartz stone sink hydraulic press pressurizes to the set pressure. Then stop the pressurization, and keep the pressure for five to ten minutes according to the product specifications, the machine will automatically open the mold, return to the upper limit and stop the action, then the ejector cylinder will eject the product, and the product will be taken out manually. After the product is taken out, the rough edge of the product is manually cleaned and completed.
